關廠工人官邸前報怨音 警方不領情 平安夜不平安

去年年終兩百名關廠工人及聲援者突襲總統官邸，要求總統及其夫人正視關廠工人的處境，向惡質資方要不到資遣費與退休金，還要被勞委會提告還錢。今年12月24日平安夜，數十名全國關廠工人連線代表及聲援者再度前往總統官邸「報怨音」，唱著改編歌詞的「不平安夜」，象徵抗爭一年過後，還要讓總統聽見關廠工人的心聲。

全國關廠工人連線十幾年前即遭資方惡意倒閉，沒有資遣費退休金，臥軌抗議後由政府代為求償。17年後，勞委會向這群年邁工人討回資遣費退休金，並一一向關廠工人提告。

近來官司進度，桃園、苗栗及台中地區有超過百件案件，法官認定為公法契約，只有新北地區法院仍作出私法判決，關廠工人也在平安夜這天，前往新北法院報怨音，祈願新北地區開出公法判決，還給關廠工人一個公道。

Unemployment Workers sing Unpeaceful Christmas Eve song to Ask for the Justice

Two hundred workers who were forced to be out of work in factories and rooters raided on presidential palace at the end of 2012. They claimed the president and the first lady should face up to the fact that the situation of unemployment workers. The situation is that they were not only accused by Labor Committee for paying back the money but also couldn’t get the severance pay and the pension from the capitals. 

Hence, dozens of the representatives of employment workers in Factories and rooters go to presidential palace again on Christmas Eve in 2013, singing “Unpeaceful Eve Song” to let the president know the voices of unemployment workers.

There are hundreds of law cases similar to this case are judged that these cases belong to public law; however, only in New Taipei City where is one of the municipalities in Taiwan are still judged that the cases belong to private law. So, unemployment workers also go to the local court in New Taipei City, hoping to pay back a reasonable justice.
